Andrew Heath Submitted For Confirmation As New Industrial Commission Member State Government By Rick Martinez    Friday, 01 March 2013 06:19 RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Gov. Pat McCrory has submitted to the General Assembly the name of Andrew T. Heath for confirmation to the North Carolina Industrial Commission.   Heath, of New Hanover County, will replace Staci Meyer on the Commission.   The appointee is an attorney at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP in Wilmington, where he gained experience defending cases before the Industrial Commission.    Heath also serves on the New Hanover County Bar Association Board of Directors and holds a law degree from Indiana University.
